Their office equipment was in good shape and looked very current. However, My appointment was at 2pm. I was taken back to the exam room and told to change into a hospital gown and the dr would be in shortly. 30 minutes go by, nothing. An hour goes by and the assistant comes in and says "I promise, she's on her way, she's just been held up with another patient." I said OK in an irked voice. After waiting there wearing a sheet for ANOTHER hour, I decided to get dressed and leave. I was missing time from work and should have been back at that point. 2 hours and nothing. On my way out the assistant asked that I let him get the Dr. and have her say a few words to me. I waited and she came out to see me. She rushed through everything and made me feel like I was just anxious about my symptoms. I really felt like she was talking down to me. So my appt was at 2pm and I got out of there at 5:30pm. I gave half a star for the cleanliness of the office and the assistant seemed to be good.

Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.
Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office?
The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

Yes, they've stayed open late when I've needed help

Never, they are very reliable.
