They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. My husband and I have been going to the Dr..Monheit for many years. There have been times when we have felt ignored or put off by the office staff, but they do have things they need to discuss, sometimes out of our hearing, for patient privacy. Most of that staff is no longer with them. There can be a lot of stress on the staff between answering phone calls, setting appointments and the problems that can arise. This could lead many of us to be grumpy on occasion. We have remained with him, and now his son, because of the excellent care and concern they have had with us. They are personable and approachable, an important quality in feeling comfortable with explaining your concerns, and well qualified to treat.

Absolutely not. They were always complaining about him/her

Yes, it never fails. I'm put on hold forever when I call

When I made the appoint the receptionist was efficient, but grumpy. Upon arriving for the appointment the office staff seemed more interested in the conversation they were having among themselves than helping me check in as a new patient. The wait time between getting there and Dr. Monheit coming into the room was 45 minutes. Dr. Monheit provided good care and was attentive during the visit, but his medical assistant was proficient with the breathing test so I had to do it a series of 4 times to get it to work.

Today I called to ask for a referral to a specialist. The receptionist aggressively informed me "WE DON'T HAVE CONTROL OVER THAT!!!" She instead offered me an appointment with Dr. Monhiet.

Needless to say I declined the appoint and will be finding a new physician.

Very unprofessional operation despite adequate care from Dr. Monheit.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. Their office equipment was in superb shape and looked very advanced. I definitely felt safe under their care.

They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate.
