They paid close attention to me and most of my questions were answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. They also added hidden fees which were not discussed in advance.I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. They said with the temperary card I could go that evening - however, the dispensary said they should have made it clear that only a red card works for evenings and weekends. What a waste and disappointment. The Doctor Bialek was great, his staff has some improving to do.
