They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. I was pleased to see that their equipment looked new and well taken care of. It really put me at ease to see that nothing was old or falling apart. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them.
