Their prices were not fair at all. They were extremely overpriced and I felt ripped off. Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever. I think I got a gray hair the last time I was waiting. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. It was very clear that they didn't take pride in their office's appearance. In fact, the office was disgusting. The restrooms at this office were disgusting and smelled horrible. I couldn't even go. Obviously nobody cleans them or maintains them at all.

I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time.

Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.
