Dr. Young is a true professional who is extremely focused on your well-being. Always makes himself available to me and my family in times of need and very flexible with his schedule. He takes the time that is necessary to understand the situation, does his research and speaks in a manner that is very informative, reassuring and kind. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. They needed to pay a little more attention to detail, to make sure they didn't make any mistakes. I could tell their entire attention wasn't focused on me. His Receptionist is EXTREMELY rude and NOT helpful!!! Dr. Young is really nice and knows what he is doing, bu t the receptionist could lose many patients for him due to her ignorance and lack of customer skills.
