I was quite amazed by the last review I read of this guy who called Dr Schneider such terrible names. I've been a patient for a little over 3 years. I don't know a whole lot of doctors that check up on you on nights and weekends when youre not doing well like he does. When I travelled to Australia on business and got into a sever depression he got me through it and prevented me from being hospitalized over there .I know unfortunately that a lot of people don't want to take responsibility for their own actions so they lash out at doctors or family members as they cause of all of their ills. I don't believe for a minute that Dr Schneider dropped a patient in distress.

I saw Dr Schneider for 3/4 years. When ever my meds were working and I was doing well he would change them despite my protest. He put me on Abilify which had adverse reactions. When I told him he looked at me as if I was, well, crazy. A month later he wanted to put me on something that was very similar. I did not want it. I was his guinea pig. Thats how I felt. If you have very minor depression, very minor, then Dr Schneider could work for you. If you have depression that has been present for many many years then I would seek help elsewhere. Dr. Schneider is "by the book". ZERO creativity when working with patience. In the past from my own experience and from my brothers experience, Doctors need not follow a protocol and should treat symptoms; not what it says in chapter 5. Here's the biggie: After years off seeing him regularly, he told me he can't help me anymore. And that was it. Just left me high and dry. Dr Schneider is a true SOB. What a real jerk to just stop helping someone who is DESPERATELY relying on them. I wish there was more that I could do about it. My sincere advice: find another doctor.

Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her

Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment?
No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

No, there was no annoying music

Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions

Not at all. They discouraged negative behaviors and suggested helpful solutions
Does this provider remember you by name?
Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
