I have never had the care and knowledge of anyone like Dr. Davies - who was so willing to answer all of my questions - even though I'm forgetful and we went through some topics several times at my behest. Our appointments have always been on time - a rareity in the medical field. It was nice to feel at ease and free to be myself. He truly is the best. The staff was very helpful. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very compassionate to my situation.

The staff here is top notch. Danielle and Jose are always courteous and accurate. Dr. Davies is always friendly and patient under difficult situations.

I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back.

They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. I didn't feel safe at all under their care. I didn't feel like they had my best interest at heart. During my appointment, I never once felt listened to or understood. They didn't seem to care about anything I had to say. Dr. Davies tells lies on the witness stands in the Mental Health Courts. Dr. Davies doesn't care about the elderly. Dr. Davies only cares about the money he can receive from the County of Los Angeles if he is called upon. Dr. Davies is dangerous he should not be practicing any longer

Most important: Dr. Davies treated me like a human being (Psychiatry is going the path of "it's all about medication" and treatment based on what amount your insurance pays; Dr. Davies did not go this path on either point). He treated me (and still does) humanely. (I have experienced neglectful & abusive care & treatment by other psychiatrists based solely on if I could pay $350.00/hr cash instead of Medicare which as I have been told by said psychiatrists (Charlatains) "... Medicare does not pay me enough").
Dr. Davies did a very thorough investigation of my medical history to make sure that I would receive the most beneficial treatment. I felt like Dr. Davies and staff (very nice) really care & cared about me.

I didn't have to wait in their waiting room at all. They were ready for me right when I got there. They are extremely reliable, and have never canceled any of my appointments. They've always been on time for my appointments. I've never had to worry about them showing up late or not showing up at all. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.
