He shoved me off on another psychiatrist in his office when he got tired of seeing me. HE is the worst!!!!

He was no help. Spent entire time on computer, not looking at me. Only changed meds each session. I quit meds and him. Would rate a 0 if an option

The wait for Dr. Kinback is very long, I mean in the waiting room, sometimes 2-3 hours from your original appt. The staff is friendly but busy. Dr. Kinback spends a lot of the session staring at his computer writing what your saying. He interrupts a lot with things that are unrelated to what your saying. Almost every appt I've had he's spend half of it reviewing all the medications I've ever taken and why, and he never really seems to remember certain important things I've told him. This week he told me I should slap whoever cut my hair. Seriously. I've decided to switch doctors. I don't like writing things like this about people but I wouldn't want someone else who is struggling to have to deal with this.

Did this psychiatrist ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
Yes! They took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

Yes
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.

I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. I would never recommend them to anyone. They made my situation even worse. One of the first things I noticed when I came in for my appointment here was that the building was not handicap-accessible. I didn't see any ramps or wheelchair accessibility, which seemed kind of strange to me. I showed up on time for my appointment, but they didn't even have the decency to respect my schedule. They showed up over an hour late for my appointment, and by then I was ready to leave instead of spending my entire day waiting for them. They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all.
