He's completely unprofessional and incapable of being forthright. He's unable to distinguish between a true emergency and something that should just be observed with concern. His actions as a therapist do NOT conform to standard practices and it is no wonder this man works so closely with a hospital that feeds him patients because he would not be able to retain any on his own merit. Scary this man has any power and pity the poor person that truly needs help and has to work through him to gain anything beneficial to better their mental health.
