The staff member I had most contact with was rude, degrading, and dismissive. Staff is a reflection of their management according to all the Business Management training and if this person, whose name I am leaving out because she was such a bully, literally scared me, need to be replaced.

My mother is Dr. Moffett's patient and she is really confused about her Chemotherapy. Both her and I called the office but they made her come in for an appointment to talk to a doctor. They say they believe in compassion. This is not compassion, it is greedy and rude.
