I think the reviews below are for the Kaiser OBGYN staff in general, which I think is fantastic. This review is just for Carol Takami, who is the worst doctor I have ever been to.

Unfortunately, my first pregnancy ended in a miscarriage and I had the bad experience of working with Dr. Takami during this difficult time in my life. She was like a robot throughout the entire process and did not provide us with any information or helpful advice. When I sought a second opinion, she treated me like I was stupid not to listen to her and really treated me badly throughout discovering the news, having a D&C and follow up questions. She is arrogant, rude, cold and close minded. Dr. Takami does not care about her patients.

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time
Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary?
Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
