They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They called me with my test results fairly quickly. I was happy with their promptness. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice.
