They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They knocked before entering the exam room, and even waited for me to reply that I was ready before entering. They really respected my privacy. I wasn't pressured here to use any particular medications or birth controls. All my questions were answered and nothing was pushed on me. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

I wasn't pressured at all to use any particular medications or birth controls. They answered all my questions and gave me their honest opinion on what would work for me and what wouldn't. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. The chairs in the waiting room were pretty standard I suppose. They served their purpose while I was waiting, but it would have been nice if they were a little more comfortable.
