No. It took me several times to get through.

Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I am confident that I was called the minute my test results were ready-fastest I've ever seen. They were extremely polite on the phone as well. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are.
