WORST GYNECOLOGIST EVER!
Not only was practically impossible to schedule an appointment. Their staff are the rudest people ever. I called and they had an attitude. I paid a lot of money doing lab tests that I never got the results. All I got was a voice mail saying "It's negative". Like?
And I had to call them maybe 12 times for them to give me the results that took more than a month.
And then a few weeks after that I called the doctor and explained I was having a little bit of itchiness on my V area so she send me a prescription for chlamydia when I had done tests before saying I did not have that. And she was just giving me some pills so I would shut up and stop calling her.
Two days later I had to rush to the emergency clinic because I was in so much pain and itchiness I couldn't pee for days! And found out I had a bladder infection. Of course Dr. Jennings wouldn't care what my problem was or how I was feeling as long as I wasn't calling her or going there she was happy.
One of the worst doctors I have ever had. The office smells. The doctor is super pushy about nuva ring because she probably gets a good commission out of it.
Overall extremely bad experience. Major disappointing.
I'd recommend you to go next door to planned parenthood because I'm sure even they can treat us better than this doctor for a fraction of the cost.

Dr. Mary Jennings is excellent and really takes her time with me. However, getting refills called in is like a cat and mouse game. I have to call and follow up or it doesn't get done, and creates a big inconvenience. So 5 stars for the Doctor, and 0 for her staff.

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. I always tell my friends looking for a new OBGYN to go here. Its one of the best doctors offices I've ever been to. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there.
