No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Not really. I usually have to remind them.

No, I didn't notice an odor

Definitely not. They were unaware of my situation, even though they had my information

Yes, but they didn't push it too hard

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. I feel the doctor takes his time with me and really listens to my concerns.They usually return my phone calls quickly. I usually get a prompt answer to my questions! Sometimes I've had to call them back to get an answer, but usually they call me!

Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out.

They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them, or the fact that I have good insurance and can afford my treatments. I felt as though I was in their way and that they had better things to do than see to my patient needs, after all, that's what I am paying for!! They answered all of my questions but didn't go into detail or put it into layman's terms. I was sort of still confused about everything. The receptionists are scatterbrained, putting you on hold multiple times and then the sheepish embarrassed laugh when they return to your call, ask who you are and after having an explanation, ask you to hold again. I have had to wait nearly a month for an initial OB appt, because the providers' schedule changed at the last minute. Very frustrating and unprofessional. I am extremely tempted to go to a new physician's office, unfortunately this one is so close & convenient. I am not sure my health is worth their time.
