I love Dr Grauer - I have seen her for over 25 years and I am dreading the day she retires. She has been with me through menopause, lump scares and removal of my ovary - through it all she kept me informed and calm. She is outstanding !!!

Did not follow up after surgery.
Staff I spoke with over the phone was not friendly or seem to care about my concerns.

I waited longer than I wanted to, but it wasn't terrible

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

Yes, it never fails. I'm put on hold forever when I call

Way too cold, I thought I would catch hypothermia

Granted she delivered my daughter back in 1993, but she was the BEST out of that whole practice!! I was in labor for 15 1/2 hours prior to her coming on call, and as soon as she saw me, she ordered an epidural and got my pain controlled. Unlike the previous doctor who was on before her. I got on here to see how she is doing, and if I could, I would go to her again, and again, and again. (I live out of state now).

I really, REALLY liked her. I would have gone to her again if I lived in the area, but being we were military, we had to move. :(
