Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

No, they didn't cancel on me last minute

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Janot Carlson and Dr. Galland are the best! I have been going to them for years and Dr. Galland delivered my only child. I highly recommend these superior professionals to anyone who is looking for new OBGYN services. I just don't know what I will do when these wonderful people decide to retire. The office staff is also very accommodating and friendly. You will always feel comfortable. This practice comes highly recommended.
