They seemed really knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions in-depth. I understood all my options fully and they really took the time to make sure my questions were answered. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time.

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more.

They barely acknowledged me and rushed me in and out of the office. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best.

I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified.

Im a high risk mom, and they have been really great in helping me understand what things I will need to do with the next baby and how I can keep from having more problems. The nursing staff is friendly and they actually listen and answer questions, something I have noticed is hard to find. I really like the staff, they work with you so that you get what you need.
