I waited forever for my appointment!

The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions

No, but they said they were going to!

Dr. Reyes prefers natural family planning and holistic options. However, her reasons are sound and she is willing to work with you to best meet your medical needs. She just prefers it does not involve hormone-purging medicines. Though I was a bit skeptical of this at first, Dr. Reyes was very informative and honest with her medical preferences, and won me over by the end of the visit.

I can say with confidence that my visit with Dr. Reyes was my most positive medical encounter - ever! She listened to every word I uttered with care and compassion. In addition to examining my medical history, she wanted to dig down into my life story for a larger picture of my health. She even offered to pray with me, and said I could call her office any time with questions, concerns, or simply for prayer! Love it! She took the time to talk with me after I left the examination room and go over diet choices and vitamin supplements. She got on her hands and knees to get some handouts on the Christian spirituality of healing out of a filing cabinet to share with me. I couldn't help but hug her and her staff when I was done -- if only all doctors offices were so honest and genuine!!

Her office is now located at 1624 West Olive in Burbank; the staff speak both English and Spanish.
