I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. Every time I would start talking about my circumstances, they would argue with me or get mad. I was scared to say anything because I didn't want to make them upset. They seemed to know what they were talking about most of the time, but I still wasn't very comfortable. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back.

Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan.

Not at all, I feel like they're constantly ready to give up on me

Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.

The doctor went out of her way to make me feel special and respected, and was very sympathetic to my situation. I felt she was totally competant as well as caring. The office ranged from polite to rude and impatient. The quality of the doctor makes it worthwhile to deal with the staff.
