Horrible doctor, does not listen to patients, cuts medication sending his patients to E.R and towards near death experiences.

Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant and told me I was just overreacting. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it. Every time I had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I shouldn't have called. They weren't helpful at all. Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered.
BTW, Doctor prescribe me brand name pills all the time that I asked for generic if that can work similar to easy my needs. I think if you are budget person, you might want to put this into it.

Absolutely, they were an expert!

Yes

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute?
Never, they are very reliable.
Was the waiting area spacious?
Yes

They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. The office was easy enough to find. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation.
