The staff are always friendly and professional. There is rarely a wait time to see the physician. He always addresses every question and concern I have, takes what we discuss seriously through quick follow up, and is calm and supportive.

They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.
