I would have preferred to give no stars.

This is the worst doctor's office I've ever been to. The staff are incredibly unprofessional and unaccommodating. The office itself is a hot mess with files and papers all over the place. They yell at the patients in the waiting room whenever the door is left open. They talk about patients in tagalog which is terrible because so many patients in the room, including myself, can understand it.

They wanted me to bring the results of my last lab work for my first appointment. Everything was electronic so I asked if I could email. They don't have email (archaic?!) and said they'd take fax or I'd have to drop off. I don't have a fax so I had to get the lab results printed and drop them off. They wouldn't let me make an appointment to get lab work done without seeing the results, even though it had been 6 months since the last time I went. They rudely insisted even after I told them that I could just make the appointment for later because I travel a lot for work. They still said no.

I came back 3 weeks later (because they won't do ANYTHING over the phone) just to see if I could make my lab appointment. They told me no because I hadn't given them my lab results. I was furious, I reminded them of the exact date when I dropped them off. They lazily looked around their messy office for about 20 minutes while I sat there. Then Dr. Guanzon came out, said they couldn't find the lab results, she was sure everything was fine, told someone to give me the paperwork to schedule my lab. I think my jaw dropped to the floor, I was so taken aback by the whole thing.

And then, I do go to the lab, ask Guanzon's nurse when they would find out the results, nurse said usually after two weeks so to make an appointment. I didn't see why I had to make an appointment when the results hadn't even come out yet, and she was like, the only way to know the results is to make an appointment. I argued, what if there is nothing. Nurse said it didn't matter I would have to come in to find that out. Too furious to stay in the office another minute, I left without making an appointment. I assumed they'd let me know when the results came in and I'd begrudgingly make an appointment then. A month passed by and I didn't hear anything, so called them to ask if my results came in. Nurse asked how long ago I went to the lab (this office has the poorest tracking of anything important related to their patients). I said a month, and she responded they "should" have them then, make an appointment. Infuriated, I asked if she could double check that they have them, I didn't want to make an appointment if they didn't have them. She said it's usually two weeks, it's been a month, they should have them, in a very rude tone, obviously not wanting to do her job and go check if my results were in. I was so angry I hung up the phone.

People, this all transpired in November/December. Today I got a voicemail that they have my results and I need to make an appointment. It's the freaking end of March. These people are the ABSOLUTE WORST, have no customer service skills and think they are obliging US when they are lucky they have any patients at all. I'm going to a new doctor, but it sucks that I still have to go back to Guanzon to pick up my lab results to share with the new doctor.

Do not go to this doctor's office. It is horrifying just how badly they treat their patients.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. They were rude and unprofessional. The office is filthy dirty and they have patient files everywhere from floor to ceiling, even in the exam rooms. They have no concern for patient privacy. They talk loud about your business in front of other patients.
