They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy enough to find.

Sometimes, but not always
Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment?
No. I have to re-explain my circumstances every time
Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit?
No, there was no annoying music
Were you able to relax during your appointment?
No, I was on edge
Did they follow up with you after your appointment?
No, but they said they were going to!

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

Yes, I was greeted when I walked in

Absolutely! I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best
