I was seen almost as soon soon after walked in the door. They didn't offer a back massage or a cup of Martinelli's. They have pretty good magazines in the office, because I have left them there. They are competent and kind.

I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. I am not going to refer my family and friends here. I just wasn't that impressed.
I wanted to ask questions and find out about my options, but I was treated like a child. I felt like he was forcing me to do what he thought was the best without explaining himself. He didn't even want to listen to my questions and sounded annoyed when I did ask something. The whole experience felt rushed and very impersonal. Really bad service!
