My husband's work no longer offered Kaiser. Dr. Gibson has zero bedside manner. After a year, between my kids and me, have had several visits. I don't know him any better and, he certainly doesn't know me. He may be a good fit for one who is healthy & rarely needs a Dr. Due to circumstances in my life, I was overly emotional during a very minor procedure. There wasn't one word other than for me to slow my breathing. Embarrassed, I apologized for being emotional and the only interaction was to recommend a follow up appointment. Somehow Pam, the receptionist, and I don't click. She has an expression of extreme disinterest when I speak with her, but is quite friendly to others. I called on a Friday to have my son's throat cultured and she said she had nothing until Monday. A receptionist can get someone in if they want and, had my son had strep, two days is a long time to go unattended. Also, I've taken kids in for throat cultures (you don't even need an appointment at Kaiser) which takes about five minutes. At this office, we were always there for at least 30 minutes.

Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.
