I've visited more than enough doctors for someone my age and Dr. Medina is a perfect example of why I HATE going to see the doctor. You'll be waiting a good hour before you get put into an exam room. Once you're there, you'll wait about another 30 minutes. Then you'll FINALLY encounter the most rude and unprofessional physician yet. WHICH SURPRISED ME BECAUSE PEOPLE REFERRED HER TO ME WHEN THEY WERE HER PHYSICIAN YEARS AGO AND TOLD ME SHE WAS THE MOST CARING, UNDERSTANDING DOCTOR AND SHE HELPED THEM FIND OUT THEIR MEDICAL CONDITIONS SO THEY'RE MORE THAN GRATEFUL TO HER. I CLEARLY DIDN'T GET ANY OF THAT ON THIS VISIT. She ignored my questions and talked down to me, as if I was too stupid to understand her. FYI, if your insurance has authorizations and such, she makes YOU fill out the form, not her or her staff. Oh and don't be surprised if she's yelling at you, she just talks loud so you can't interrupt her, and don't try to, she'll completely ignore what you'll have to say. The only member of her staff I dealt with at the time of my visit was Elaine, the front desk receptionist and she was super polite. IF ONLY SHE WAS THE DOCTOR. I feel like my appointment was COMPLETELY pointless. I have never cried over frustration and confusion from a doctor's visit until now. And because of her, I don't EVER want to see another doctor again.

Although I was VERY clear and so was the doctor, her staff, made it incredibly difficult for me to get back into good shape and see the specialists I needed to see. In particular, Lita (the office nurse in charge of all the clerical/billing/processing referrals) has proven to be the most unqualified person to have a position in the medical field, and the worst part is nobody else is willing to help out. I did all the leg work and called my insurance, my group, and made sure I had the coverage I was seeking, which is for my back. This particular staff member has made it so that I never get to see my chiropractor nor my physical therapist even though the doctor has clearly agreed that that is the treatment for me, and even filled out the referrals/requests! Lita has not processed these requests, these referrals simply vanish and I don't ever get the treatment and appointments I've been seeking (and I have insurance!) all because she simply cannot handle the clerical responsibilities necessary to fulfill the doctor's requests. It's really ridiculous that I have to do my own research to get my questions answered, and when I find out that I am fortunate enough to have coverage, someone in the office ruins my opportunity to get the treatment I need. Lita is not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome at all. I feel like my many appointments this past year and a half have been pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left.

I would never visit them again and highly discourage anyone from going to this office, it's not worth it. I was very disappointed.

I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. The office was easy enough to find.
