I've always been able to get in and be seen immediately (although not always with my regular provider) and my questions and concerns thoroughly answered. I have had to wait for the Dr at times when appointments were late in the day but staff was attentive and kept me informed. Have been seeing Dr Rowly for years and have recommendedh im to friends and family. No one has complained to me.Staff is friendly and helpful, the office and restrooms clean. Could use a few more current magazines.

I found Dr. Rowley on at least a 1/2 dozen visitis to be condesending, arogant, and sometimes even rude. I could over hear him talking to his employees about me in a derogatory manner. I will always see his nurse rather than him.

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. The doctor was so friendly and nice, I really couldn't ask for more. I felt so welcome there. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff.
