I would never recommend this doctor to anyone. The staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me when something went wrong. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, Dr Greenwald made it completely obvious that he didn't care about me.

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!

No, I was afraid they were going to forget something important

No, I didn't notice an odor

Not really. I usually have to remind them.
