I am a patient of long standing with Dr. Ross...I find her staff wonderful and informative..She is extremely well informed, savvy on treatments and takes the time to ask questions..I think she is a 10plus !! I highly reommend her.

I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting this doctor. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. Their staff was friendly enough, . The chairs in the waiting room at this doctor's office were comfortable. They made sure every single question I had was answered, but the staff is not always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I have been a patient or Dr. Ross since 1993, for the past few years Dr. Ross has dedicated time to anti-aging medicine and this has taken time from her gastroenterology practice, Dr. Ross is one of the best in her field she is well respected by other Drs. and also by this community.

I do not recommend Dr. Ross at all. The office staff is rude and I could not make a simple follow-up appointment. I thought that my experience was unique until I started finding similar reviews on other doctor review sites.

On my first appointment with her, she came in dressed in a black skirt, black boots and a small cross-body purse. Frankly, I wasn't sure she was the doctor. She was friendly and seemed thorough about my reason for my visit; gastroenterology. But Dr. Ross and her office staff also hinted that her medical interests included aesthetics. I thought that was unprofessional.

However, for my second appointment, I could not get a clear simple answer to my question from her office staff: when is my appointment? That was the extent of my question, and I never could get confirmation! It was frustrating. What was further frustrating was that no one from her office ever returned my phone call.

My reason for visiting Dr. Ross was for a colonoscopy. If I couldn't trust this doctors office with simple appointment making, then I have to conclude that I cannot trust them when I'm under sedation for a colonoscopy.
