I went to Cedars-Sinai for HCV treatment. The treatment is debilitating for many patients, like chemotherapy. Dr. Poordad is a leading expert in this field. Cedars is a Comprehensive Center for treating liver disease. My Physician Assistant Ms. Jill Y. Chang handled the day-to-day and month-to-month aspects of my treatment. She was outstanding, patient, thorough, and responded immediately to every call and email, with a very professional yet caring "bedside manner". It was a difficult time for me. The treatment made me very ill. She and Dr. Poordad got me through it. I am HCV-negative now, thanks to Cedars, Dr. Poordad, and Ms. Chang.
