Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily.

They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. Their office equipment was in good shape and looked very current. I felt like everything was very safe. The chairs they had in the waiting room were pretty high quality. I thought they were nice and comfortable. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly.

Dr. Matthew Davis rocks and is the best physician on planet Earth. No lie. Dr. Davis has been my mother's primary care physician for oodles of years and he reigns supreme in my book. His attention to detail, kind manner, caring soul, intelligence, wit, and professional demeanor continue to impress me. I cannot stress enough how thorough Dr. Davis is. I don't know what my mother (or I) would do without Dr. Davis's expertise in her medical matters.

Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments

I had to wait for a little while.

No, they take every concern of mine seriously
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places
Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions?
Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money
