I was never able to relax during my appointment. I was on edge the whole time. The office was easy enough to find. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. Dr. Malone was late to every single appointment. He was late three times by 1.5 hours. Once by 1 hour. Not once did he apologize. I noticed while in the waiting room that he would take pharmacy vendors before keeping his appointment with me. His receptionist are not friendly. Sometimes you may get a nice person on the phone. I was in process of changing doctors but changed health care provider to Kaiser instead. Much better than Dr. Malone. He was terrible. He is too busy training for his Iron Man marathons to care for his patients.

They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.
