I am reviewing Dr. Bhatnagar as a person, not as a doctor. If her petty personality is any reflection of her profession, I want NO part of it.

I live in the apartments within the complex & was being dropped off on Thurs at 5pm after attending a family funeral. My friend drove into the back parking lot where the Dr was just leaving. Since it was a single car driveway, my friend had to turn into the Dr's parking spot, so the Dr's car could drive out. Since she was parked, I got out, said my quick goodbye & before I was even able to close the car door, the Dr had jumped out of her car & immediately confronted us saying we cannot park here (this really was just in a manner of seconds!). I told her that my friend was just about to leave. The Dr gave us this spiel saying that NO ONE can park here except her & approved doctors, not even for a few seconds. By the way, this is a narrow driveway - the ONLY way to get out IS to pull into a parking spot to back out.

She got back in her car & started to drive away only to park at the entrance to block my friend as she started getting things out of her office. We asked if she could just pull forward, so my friend could leave. She said a few unpleasant things saying how it's our fault & how she should call the cops on us for parking in her spot! (Wow - way to take advantage of taxpayers money).

From the few minutes of interaction we've had with this doctor - we have learned that she's petty, abrupt, vindictive & lacks compassion. If you are looking for a doctor, I highly suggest you consider looking elsewhere.

I felt like they didn't really care about helping me. It was difficult to find parking at their office. They are paranoid about getting paid by your insurance, that is the most important thing to these people. Dr. is so opinionated, she won't listen to anything you have to say, but talks a lot about random things. Receptionist accent so thick, you can not understand her. You will walk away feeling like you were hit by a truck, and in the end, you will seek another doctor for some real help.

I never in my life had more disgusting experience with the doctor. The first time in my life I encountered such rude, ignorant, irritable, evil and stupid person. I had an appointment at 8:00AM but she was late for 50 minutes... Then she tried to do her work in 5 minutes... was in very big rush. Dr. Bhatnagar didn't let me even say two words. All the time I was interrupted. She screamed in my face. On my request to give me a referral to a doctor, which I attended many years, she raised her voice at me and attempted to force me to do totally unnecessary tests. This is not a doctor - it's just a disgusting person. If you value your health do not go to this person ever! I would rate her to 0 if it would be possible!

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

Absolutely unprofessional in addition to having a dirty clinic. They definitely didn't have enough staff members on hand, and the one staff person was rude and unfriendly. I ended up waiting for a very long time. I avoided calling or going back because I didn't want to be yelled at any longer.. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone.

No, they were able to provide everything they said they would
Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit?
Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!
