I considered their waiting area chairs to be pretty comfortable. I didn't mind waiting at all. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. All of my questions were answered during the appointment, which put my mind at ease. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here.

Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate.

I will only see this doctor from now on. He was extremely thorough and took the time to answer and address all my questions. I never felt rushed or that I was just another number.I realize that I am not the only one who felt like this doctor knows his stuff because he has patients(I know about a few) who still go to him even thou their insurance has changed and have been going to him for years. I highly recommend him if you are looking to solve your skin problems. It seems the dermatologist I have seen in the past just barely listen to my problems, give me some cream and I am out the door. I wanted someone to solve my problems not just give me something that will only treat temporarily. He did just that.
