Stay away from this MD He scares you to death with talk of pre melanomas and mole removals by the dozen and then after another opinion you learn that none of it is so. And you cannot get him to promptly give you your claim forms which every other MD does Instead they tell you you have to wait a month-which means a month without reimbursement.
