Dr White is a great Dr, knows his trade, listens and explains, and does the right tests.The staff on the other had is atrocious. I have yet to have a prescription refill done without multiple calls - all to voicemail and hardly ever get a reply. You have to cheat the phone tree to get a human to get anything accomplished. If you mention to the staff about lack of service, they get snippy. If he wasn't such a good Dr, I'd be looking elsewhere.
