I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.
