The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. My appointments get canceled here a lot. I usually just go to someone else in the area because I can't count on them ever.
