Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment.

Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. It never fails how long I have to wait on hold when I call them. I'm always put on hold forever and I find myself not even wanting to call. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I highly recommend Dr. K. Yelamanchili; she is thorough; line by line on report she advised me and showed great interest in my emotional well being. She is very compassionate and did not rush my app't at all. OH TO HAVE MORE PHYSICIANS LIKE HER!!!!! I have passed on this info to all my family (all teachers in public education) and my 4 sons are so completely at ease w/the doctor and my results.
