The Dr. is nice but rushed. I had to wait over 3 hours, so take a book. Every chair in his office was filled. (standing room only). It wasn't the best experience. Fortunately , once he diagnoses you, or tries to, you see the nurse, and the wait is less, only 30 to 90 minutes.
It is a bummer needing a pain specialist. I believe these prescriptions should be done by your own doctor.

Yes, I had to wait forever.

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!

I was completely distressed during my appointment. I was unable to relax and ended up having to leave. They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to. I ended up leaving when after 2 hours of waiting they told me I had to come back because the Dr. wasn't doing anymore procedures even though I was on-time for my appt. And then they wouldn't refund my co-pay even though they never did any procedure!
