I would never recommend this doctor to anyone. To begin, he is not a good
listener and does not disclose properly the information about procedures. He understates and then after the fact, clarifies, when its too late. I found him unprofessional and uncaring. it took me much longer to recover than he had previously stated, the scar did not heal well and its 10 times longer
than he said it would be. Needless to say, the post-operation results were
not as expected, he is not the kind of doctor that excels. He did a poor job.
Not one phone call to follow up on me from him nor his staff, ever. All of them have poor communication skills and forgot essential things that were
required for my operation.

They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
