I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered.

I never had a procedure with doctor Labowe; however, I did meet with him and his office. He appears to be very knowledgeable and a nice enough fellow, but his office and business practice are another story. I called to make an appointment and when I did there was no mention of a fee to meet with the doctor. After my 45 minute consultation with the doctor, I was charged $150 which I found very surprising as I have been to other cosmetic surgeons for a consultation and have had not been asked for any money. Then, after telling the doctor that his costs were prohibitively expensive and would seek alternate care, I received another bill in the mail for $200. To me, this is bad business practices and left a very bad taste in my mouth with this doctor and I would not recommend him to anyone I know.
