To be completely honest, The Nose Fairy was a bit unkind and for most of my life I was quite unhappy with the entity that took up the middle of my face. People would say, "She could be such a pretty girl, but..."
If you've ever ridden in that boat - you know what I mean:)

At 24, Mum sprung for a nose job (NOT Dr. Cirami) and while it was certainly an improvement (the hump at the top was gone), as the years went by the darn thing began to slant off to the right! It was demoralizing when I let myself think about it, but there was work and love and my Mum became very ill and so I just resolved to love the Inner Me and decided that beauty wasn't all that important anyway.

But then I met Dr. Cirami and he told me that he could fix it. He could straighten it out and build a delicate little tip at the end that I think now adds a femininity to my face as a whole (my boyfriend calls it 'kittenesque' - but he's British and likes to make up new words).

Afterwards, I was so pleased with the results - I decided to go all the way and got cheek and chin implants.
Dr. Cirami gave it his 110%. He personally custom shaped the cheeks (not all doctors do), molding the implants to my unique bone structure.

I looked about human two weeks later, but 3 months later (after all the swelling had subsided), I looked like me, only that idealized me that I had always wanted. People often tell me that I am beautiful and because I am a writer and expect to be going on a signing tour later on this year, it's a relief not to dread having my picture taken anymore. I don't have a bad side anymore, there's isn't a need to hold my head a certain way, or thrust out my lower jaw at the last instant to get a good shot.

I am very, very happy with my results and when Dr. Cirami's office asked if I would write a review, I had no problems saying yes. I highly recommend him. A skilled surgeon and a truly kind man, you can't ask for anything more.
