About six weeks ago, I had a BA done by Dr. Nichter. I had been interested in BA for years and had done a lot of research. After seeing doctors that were wanting to charge thousands more than what I felt was "average," my fiancee and I found an ad in the local paper for the Cosmetic Surgery Information Center and Robin (although their whole staff is wonderful) referred us to a couple doctors. We decided on Dr. Nichter and I'm so glad we did. Not only was his price right (which truthfully made me wary at first since we had received a few higher quotes), but his staff was very friendly and as soon as we met him, he exuded knowledge, the right amount of friendliness and professionalism and didn't push any procedures on us. I went ahead and made the appointment for my surgery and as it got closer to the date, I was getting very nervous. One of his nurses Suzanne was very nice and talked with me about the anxiety I was feeling. She made me feel comfortable and when I decided to reschedule anyway, they were very accommodating and understanding.

Fast forward a couple months and I finally went in for my surgery. The surgery nurse as well as the anesthesiologist were wonderful and made me feel so at ease to be going under anesthesia and in for surgery. It was so convenient because the surgery center was right down the street from his office, very clean, professional and relaxing environment.

When I came out of surgery the nurse explained everything to my fiancee that was taking me home and were very detailed in the medications I needed to be taking, what I should be doing and not doing etc. In addition to that, Dr. Nichter even called me at 9:30 that night to see how I was feeling! The next day I was up and walking around outside and getting some fresh air and every day has been progressively better. I am healing wonderfully, my scars are barely noticeable and my breasts are now the perfect size. He gave me exactly what I asked for and they look identical to the pictures I picked out as examples. This experience has exceeded my expectations and I would recommend anyone to Dr. Nichter!

I was on the market, searching for a plastic surgeon who can perform a blepharoplasty. I have been dealing with puffiness under my eyes for several years and was fed up with looking older than my age, especially given the fact that I do look younger than my age. I interviewed with four doctors and knew right away after my initial consultation with Dr. Nichter, that he was the one! The staff are super-friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is very pleasant as well. Dr. Nichter made me feel very comfortable and he was very professional and informative. After surgery, my healing was on target, and after several weeks, I looked young again! I am so happy with the results! I plan on seeing him in the future for any cosmetic surgery needs. I would highly recommend him to others considering cosmetic surgery!

About 2 months ago, i went in for breast augmentation and a breast lift with Dr. Nichter. I was very nervous, as i have never had ANY type of surgery. But throughout the whole process (from consultation to my follow up appointment), Dr. Nichter has just been awesome. He is really friendly, and will give you his honest opinion. I am quite a shy person, but feel at ease talking to him I was able to talk to him about my concerns and express what kinda look i wanted to achieve with my surgery. Not only is he friendly, but he is a great surgeon. i LOVE my new boobs! i couldnt be happier! if i ever consider any other type of plastic surgery, i will definitely be going back to Dr.Nichter!

WARNING !!! STAY AWAY !!!! DR NICHTER A VERY BAD SURGEON


I went in for a simple mole removal and some other facial issues like an eye lid lift and brow lift.

I am completely devastated, crushed and heartbroken.
I now have a 1 1/2 " SCAR in the middle of my face where the tiny 1/8" flesh colored mole was removed. I see it every time I look in the mirror and the surgery has been well over a year ago.


I was told it would get better over time but it has NOT. The DR tried to revise it after 3 months but he made it worse !!! I am scarred for life !! I have never been so angry in my life - EVER !
Plus I am reminded of it every day.


He also did eyelid surgery and he took out so much material that I could not close my eyes all the way for over 1 year. I ended up going to UCLA for two more surgeries just to try and fix the screw up that DR Nichter made!!! Even today, I can not close my eyes all the way but they are better after the 2 UCLA surgeries.


I confronted him many times about doing something to fix these problems and he finally refused to even see me and asked me to never come back to his office. How is that for sincerity and good follow up with patients ?
He broke my heart and made me loose foaath in andy doctor. It was sweful. was completely devastated, crushed and heartbroken.


BEWARE _ STAY AWAY !!!


There are a lot of good doctors out there.
DR Nichter is NOT one of them - He is a Hack !!! (in my opinion)


Doing Charity work is nice, but leaving a scar in the middle of a perfectly fine face on another human being is NOT acceptable !!!
