Under the impression he was going to perform the surgery come to find out he sends some Dr bell in and Dr Lin disappears. Never know the results and the Dr bell send the pathology to the wrong lab. Major billing confusion. Dr bell has a very sarcastic sense of humor. Actually told me there's nothing wrong with you. Go ask your psy for more medication. I plan on having a discussion with my pcp about this experience the next time I see him. I've also been sent to collections for a fee that I don't understand why im owing. Everyone I talk to tells me a different story. They sent me an itemized bill and it was for medical supplies needed to perform the procedure does medicare not cover that?

All the reviews are pretty much spot on. He also schedules unnecessary appointments in order to "Double Dip" the system.

If I could, I would choose a negative star value.

This office is chaos I have never seen anything like this, the office staff has no idea what is going on , as for the doctor he says one thing than does another , very, hard to understand and very rude and most important no communication , his favorite thing to say is i do surgery you not need to know, I am thinking WHAT that is crazy. If you or a loved one are thinking about seeing him you will regret it I promise

Not at all, they only make time for their favorite clients

Yes, they made me feel like I shouldn't have called

No, but they said they were going to!

NOT A RECOMMENDED UROLOGIST !!!
1) Waiting times were usually long...very long even with an appnt.
2) Office environment does not feel fresh/clean.
3) Staff, incl. the doctor are not frendly/helpful enough
4) Felt RUSH and not given a chance for questions

The Dr was referred to me by the Garden Grove Hospital for the follow-up of my kidney stone issues. The hospital should have done more studies before referring. I have decided to see a different urologist after 4 visits.

My appointment felt extremely rushed. I didn’t even have time to ask questions. I didn't noticed their diplomas or credentials displayed anywhere. I'm sure he was qualified because he was referred by another doctor to me. He was rushed and the office was totally over booked. I was appauled at the cleanliness of the office, waiting area and exam rooms. His office staff didn't have a clue, except for one lady. She practically did everybody elses job. I've never felt more unsafe than I did in their care. They had absolutely no idea what they were doing, and I was nervous they were going to make a mistake. The doctor might be great but you couldn't tell because of the office situation. I made an appt with another doctor, what a difference!!
