Long wait times when you call and Paul the doctor's assistant very rude. When I told Paul that he was rude he said sorry you feel that way and hung up on me!

Very! The most welcoming office I've visited!

Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places
