No. I have to re-explain my circumstances every time

No, there weren't many to choose from

The staff far exceeded what I ever could have expected them to. They were one of the best staffs I've ever seen. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.

No, and they didn't want me to seek anyone else's opinion

Not really, I was a little uneasy

Somewhat. But I mostly felt ignored

No, I never saw one

Absolutely not, the office was disgusting

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!

No, I felt confused and uneasy when I left

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met
